Bruce Timm is the artists who created the character Harley Quinn.

I was very fortunate to have Bruce do this drawing for me way back in 2007.

Bruce was in Australia in 2007; just after I resigned and got a payout from work. As i was ‘working’ on the Silver K stand, he thought we were getting all of the Batman and Superman artwork signed for the company, and seemed a bit confused when i said that the pieces were mine (i think there were about 10 pieces). When we got to the He Man cel, he had a laugh and said i was the first person to get him to sign one of these cels, so i may have the only Masters of the Universe cel signed by Bruce Timm.
